Earlier this year, I attended the 12th International Conference on Industrial Computed Tomography (iCT2023) in Fürth, Germany as part of my academic journey to earn a PhD at Wits University in South Africa. The conference brought together researchers from around the world working on Computed tomography imaging techniques. It was really outstanding- the speakers were compelling, the sessions I attended were very informative.
I was granted an opportunity to share a bit of my research work which focuses on introducing the first laboratory-based phase contrast X-ray computed tomography in South Africa. We also worked on an academic paper that was published during the course of the conference.
I would like to thank my supervisors for the continuous support and assistance in the journey and more importantly @PAST for sponsoring this project.
