There are many ways to donate to our cause, no matter where you are on our planet. Residents in the following countries can benefit from tax advantages (see below for details): Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.

Your donation may be tax deductible

Donors based in South Africa, some European countries, the United Kingdom and the United States can benefit from the tax advantages provided by their country of residence by donating through one of our partners, as follows.

Europe

Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands:

Donate through the European Friends of PAST fund at the King Baudouin Foundation Europe.

Germany

Donate through PAST’s fund at Transnational Giving Europe, where your donation will go through the KBF Europe-affiliated Maecenata Foundation. 

Spain

Donate through PAST’s fund at Transnational Giving Europe, where your donation will go through the KBF Europe-affiliated Fundación Empresay Sociedad.

United States

Donate through the American Friends of PAST fund at the Myriad USA.

United Kingdom

The U.K. government’s Gift Aid programme will increase your donation to PAST by 25% if you donate through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). Just send a short email to ttge@cafonline.org stating your desire to donate £x amount to the KBF European Friends of PAST fund. Donations through CAF should be £250 or more. CAF will conduct a quick electronic due diligence check before providing you with their bank details to make a bank transfer; alternatively, you can send CAF a cheque.

South Africa

Donate directly into PAST’s bank account via EFT by contacting hq@pastafrica.co.za; PAST will send you a Section 18A tax certificate once your donation is received.

Or, you can use a credit card to donate through PAST’s GivenGain fund. Then, please contact hq@pastafrica.co.za to request a Section 18A tax certificate.

Globally – PayPal or Credit Card

Donate easily and instantly to PAST using PayPal  or your credit/debit card (Payfast) from anywhere in the world by clicking on one of the options below. If you are a South African resident and would like to take advantage of South African tax concessions, please contact hq@pastafrica.co.za to request a Section 18A tax certificate.
